The Tru-Pull product line's most recent proprietary technology. for maltracking and lateral patellar subluxation or dislocation that is mild to moderately severe. The patella is actively pulled into alignment by the bifurcated strap. Direct contact with the patella is made possible by a Dual Durometer Buttress System, which exerts a steady corrective force. The brace is stabilised by separate anchors at the thigh and calf, and its anti-microbial-treated, breathable, and lightweight wicking fabric increases patient comfort. For medial and lateral stability, each brace comes with a set of releasable plastic hinges.
