A non-latex substitute for neoprene, Orthotex fabric, an open 3-dimensional knit, is used to create the OTC 2544 knee stabiliser wrap. It provides comfort, heat regulation, therapeutic compression, breathability, and elasticity. It is less heated than neoprene, making it suitable for long-term use or use in hotter areas. It is also the perfect fabric for people who are allergic to or sensitive to neoprene fabric.

Flats open for simple treatment over hurt, swollen, or sensitive knees
Foam with open cells The permeable nature of Orthotex material makes for pleasant long-term use.
Material with multidirectional stretch provides uniform compression over the joint's anatomical prominences.
Kneecap is surrounded by a multipurpose neoprene buttress that offers compression and stabilization. Slits on the interior of the buttress cover enable a variety of adjustments.
Flexible medial-lateral stability is provided by polycentric hinged bars with flexion and extension stops, which also flex and extend naturally with the joint.
Adjustable and detachable upper and lower hook-and-loop encircling straps keep the stabilizer in the proper position.
